Engineered for automatic takeoff, flight, following, and landing, this tethered UAS seamlessly integrates with host platforms, including trucks, trailers, boats, and ships, even while in motion, without requiring special ship stabilization. It functions as a mobile mast or stationary tower with minimal operator input, relying on simple push-button commands for takeoff, altitude adjustments, and landing.
Equipped with advanced technology, the UMAR can land on moving platforms, navigating pitching, heaving, and rolling surfaces at speeds exceeding 20 MPH. Housed in a compact sea container with battery backup, it is built for durability in hot, humid, and salt-spray conditions, as well as rain, light snow, and fresh-water rinses, making it a robust solution for maritime environments.
